U of m fitness classes. Sign up for HIIT through our online registration portal the day of the class. With over 120 group fitness classes per week including in-person and virtual classes small group and individual in-person or virtual personal training options and facilities with over 300 pieces of cardio and selectorized or plate-loaded weight equipment we offer something for every type of user. This space is located on the Main Level and is only accessible during U-FIT class times.
